AND from your descriptions, I now fully share your dislike of Ben Gvir, whose name and some political positions I have read about, but what did he really expect to accomplish with his stunt on the Temple Mount?? (other than to solidify his appeal to his base... from DJT's playbook with his MAGA base, how unoriginal)
Ben Gvir is in a non stop campaign to take the leadership of the right wing constituency in Israel. The left In Israel is on life support and constitutes less than 5% of the voting public. The future action is with the right. But, I think that he is overplaying his hand and showing any future government leader that he is a liability when integrated into the government...
